NBC’s The Tonight Show—2nd-Gen HD premiers with Conan O’Brien.

The Tonight Show is NBC’s long-running late night talk and variety show—now in its 54th season. In 1999, Jay Leno’s production team implemented the 1st generation HD conversion with expert integration guidance from Diversified Systems.

In 2008, NBC announced plans to upgrade to a state-of-the-art 2nd generation HD facility—to coincide with the premier of Conan O’Brien as host on June 1, 2009. With Diversified System’s exacting project management style, understanding of the operational workflow, and unwavering commitment to quality, it was a natural choice to be selected as the integration team on the project.

Speed Channel—Racing against the clock to integrate new HD studios.

Fox Network's Speed Channel, a sports-based cable channel dedicated to global racing news and events, desired a permanent location with a state-of-the-art high-definition production and transmission center. They steered the ambitious project to Diversified Systems.

While the project included extraordinarily tight deadlines to integrate three HD studios, multiple A/V control rooms, editing suites, routing core and server rooms, Diversified Systems was able to accelerate the entire process to ensure Speed Channel could go "live" in just 8 short months – right on schedule.

Mormon Tabernacle featured in S&VC magazine.

When work started on major structural changes on the Salt Lake Tabernacle to bring it in line with modern seismic standards, the tabernacle took the opportunity to integrate staging, AV, and communications systems at a core infrastructure level–from robotic and dolly-mounted HD cameras to steerable-array loudspeakers and digital video projectors.

Charged with integrating this massive installation was Diversified Systems' project engineer Andy Prager and project manager Patrick Caley.
